From NOBU London to Gordon Ramsay's MAZE, the University of Sto. Tomas-grad Chef has made a mark in his 25+ years in the culinary scene. Chef Andrew was the first Filipino culinarian to be recognized in Taste of Dubai, an annual gastro festival, alongside celebrity chefs around the world. He was also listed in Illustrado Magazine's Most Influential Filipinos in the Gulf, and became a Filfood Culinary Ambassador.
