Philippine Delicacies | Kulawong Puso ng Saging

Once in a while, we dream of visiting San Pablo, Laguna again for its unique food. Today, we were able to get the recipe of Kulawong Puso ng Saging from Sulyap Gallery Cafe, Boutique Hotels & Restaurant. It's a popular native dish made out of eggplant, banana heart, and Pinayti (micro shrimps) cooked in coconut milk. Give this recipe a try this weekend!
