A mother, a fighter, and a leader- Chef Rassel is someone who you can come to about anything and everything. While immersing herself in the culinary scene during the day, she also manages to reach out to her team to ask how they’re doing and makes sure that she gets a quite time with her family who is residing off the island.
We were able to have our one-on-one interview with Chef to know how she’s doing during this current COVID-19 situation. “It is tough but I believe that as a leader, I need to have that drive and push to motivate my team members and give them an opportunity to grow despite all these challenges.” she shares.
It truly is a very challenging time for everyone in the industry but #WEAREONE with Chef Rassel in believing and hoping that God will surely heal us and that one day, we will be able to surpass this adversity together. ?
